EPW - A Lange, Dresden, early quality 1a, 52mm, 18K yellow gold OF original case with hunting back, casemaker's incuse mark "HWS" with crowned "18" stamp, KWKS, WED, fully capped lever escapement, gold pallet and escape wheel, 19J, DES, GJS, gilt mvt, s#2868. Gross weight of assembled watch 77.6 dwt (120.7 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: GRO, near mint mvt condition overall, a few MFS; dial with single impact flake at edge at 5; hands mint, minute replaced and bushed at center; case shows medium uneven wear, some MFS, no dents, a faint ding in back, ET detail more than half gone; bow tight with minimal thinning at apex; good glass crystal.
